The rotary kiln - Italy
An old cement factory, built in 1886 in a valley in Lombardy. In 1921 became part of a bigger industrial group.
Nowadays it keeps a solid structure, seriously menaced if some maintenance works won't be done to preserve this important piece of industrial archeology.
Inside the industrial site, developed on the slope of a hill, are still present parts of the production plant, even of huge dimensions, such as the rotary kiln, a few dozen meters long.
Not far from it is the three floors villa, reserved for the clercks.
